Introduction.
Denizen Real Estate focuses on the intersection of people and place. We strive to bring quality forward and forge something new from places we have passed many times and thought “what-if.” We provide a space for all, because we are all denizens.

He strives to create engaging places that deliver results to shareholders while enriching the urban fabric and the human experience.
Andrew’s career has spanned all aspects of real estate: acquisitions, development, and asset management. He applies his experience and education to lead development execution, design and construction management, and financial analysis.
Most recently a member of Third & Urban, Andrew worked as a Development Manager, responsible for many facets of the development, design, construction, leasing and asset management of well-known adaptive reuse and infill projects across the Southeastern United States.
